Connecting Families

Families United is pleased to announce:

This summer, an all women's session of A.W.A.R.E. will be held catering specifically towards Hispanic women and the needs they face individually and as primary caregivers/parents of children and young adults.

Facilitated by Families United's Executive Director, Danielle Chiaraluce, and the President of Mijoba Communications, LLC and the Provenance Center, Nadesha Mijoba, our vision is that all women will be provided with resources and support in a nurturing environment so as to drive their own individual and family plans as Able, Wise, Accepting, Self-Reliant, and Empowered (A.W.A.R.E.) women.

This workshop is currently accepting participants! This is a multi-linguistic, culturally competent, and trauma informed workshop.

Dates: Wednesdays from June 22, 2011-July 27, 2011

Time: 10 a.m. - 12. Light refreshments will be provided!
